The Home Rescue Institute, LLC (HRI) specializes in advocacy for homeowners experiencing mortgage crisis. Mortgage crisis is defined as either having difficulty making mortgage payments, being upside down in property value or both.
We are a consulting firm with experience in residential real estate, mortgage management, credit analysis, credit risk management (security clearances and employment issues), contract management and IRS tax management. Our mission is to:
- Find homeowners in mortgage crisis and provide a free, private consultation to discuss their unique needs;
- Educate homeowners about available solutions (modification, refinance, short sale, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure “DIL”, foreclosure or bankruptcy) and the related consequences;
- Provide clear and straightforward answers to homeowner’s questions;
- Introduce homeowners to licensed professionals best suited to help them achieve their desired outcome;
- Advocate for the homeowner by providing reliable, trustworthy support and guidance; and
- Never attempt to sell or create interest in having the homeowner purchase any service, plan or program.
We’ve organized a network of licensed professionals such as attorneys, tax specialists, credit analysts and real estate agents to represent homeowners and help them find dignified solutions to their mortgage crisis. Mymortgagecrisis.com (MMCC) is an internet marketing subsidiary of HRI created to help find homeowners in need.
HRI is a consulting organization only and does not originate mortgages, negotiate modifications, short sales or DIL. HRI does not prevent foreclosures or steer homeowners to a desired solution for personal profit or gain. With the exception of paying for optional consulting services beyond a free consultation, a homeowner cannot purchase any product or service from HRI or MMCC.
There are many organizations created to take advantage of homeowners in mortgage crisis and we work hard to distinguish ourselves from those predators. Please click on the red button below to see our LEGAL DISCLOSURES to learn how we are different from those who would take advantage of homeowners in mortgage crisis.
