The Home Rescue Institute is a consulting firm specializing in helping homeowners who are suffering from “Mortgage Crisis” meaning that they are either having difficulty making mortgage payments, are upside down in property value, or both.
We provide honest, reliable and truthful support to homeowners to help them make informed choices under difficult circumstances. The landscape is frightening and full of professional con artists who seek to take advantage. We founded the Home Rescue Institute after watching close friends succumb to the shame and embarrassment of a short sale and then be taken advantage of by “professionals” who were nothing more than “midnight looters.”
We believe that homeowners are the victims of a crisis created by circumstances beyond their control. We exist to rescue homeowners from the greatest financial crisis they might ever face in their lifetime. As with any crisis, there are those who seek to assist and those who seek to take advantage. We never take advantage of anyone’s misfortune and we always seek to expose those who do.
Our professional network of attorneys, tax specialists, credit analysts and real estate agents work hard to create dignified strategies for dealing with mortgage crisis. We provide real answers to the tough questions that other professionals don’t want to answer or don’t know the answer. We give honest responses with no unrealistic claims. We rarely offer good choices and often say that the choices range from bad to worse. Our goal is to help you make bad choices and avoid making worse choices.
We have no conflict of interest with homeowners because we don’t have a personal agenda. Our goals are to:
